got glasses there 6 months ago, even with the coupon,they jacked the price up here and there, but went ahead and ordered them because we needed them fast. Instead of 1 day, it took 10 days. And the Rx was wrong, had to be redone, took another week!! Now, frames fall apart, and even though it's warrantied, I have to pay 1/2 price for another pair of frames!!!! They are a rip off, and have poor service too.
Cons: price, service, quality of product.
