I have had my glassed since Aug '11, and they have never fit my eyes. this is the 2nd time I have this problem with Vision City ( I did give them a second chance). First I went in to pick up my glasses and the clerk just handed them to me and did not ask if I needed the fitted or thank you, just nothing. I ask to have my eyes re-examed by a different Dr and was told ""no"" that I had to use the same one (who I know messed up the first time around). Then a couple of weeks later same thing when I went to pick up my sons, same clerk just handed us the glasses no fitting or anything. I use to really like this place but I think the customer service has really gone down hill .
