Review content:
I had been to Ashley Therapy three times before my final appointment. I had called a few hours before my appointment to reschedule because of an emergency that came up at work. The office said they ""understood"" and made the appointment for the following day. There was no mention of a missed appointment fee. I went in to see the doctor and they did not request me to pay before the appointment like they normally do. When I went to pay after the appointment they wanted to charge me an outrageous $70 for a missed appointment. I felt that I was not a valued customer and that the practice is only in it for money. Pros: Cons outweigh the Pros Cons: Terrible Customer Service, $70 Missed Appointment Fee
