Nothing but drug dealers 2/3/2011

My wife is now in Rehab thanks to their drug pushing. My wife actually never saw a doctor, only a nurse practitioner after a year of ""treatment"". They prescribed xanax, ambien, lunesta, basically whatever cost the most and would get her out of the office fastest. She rarely even saw them in person, most scripts were written over the phone. If you want a drug dealer, than go here, if you want actual help, find a counselor, someone who cannot give you drugs!! more

Terrible Patient Treatment 6/22/2009

I had been to Ashley Therapy three times before my final appointment. I had called a few hours before my appointment to reschedule because of an emergency that came up at work. The office said they ""understood"" and made the appointment for the following day. There was no mention of a missed appointment fee. I went in to see the doctor and they did not request me to pay before the appointment like they normally do. When I went to pay after the appointment they wanted to charge me an outrageous $70 for a missed appointment. I felt that I was not a valued customer and that the practice is only in it for money. Pros: Cons outweigh the Pros Cons: Terrible Customer Service, $70 Missed Appointment Fee more

Hopefully she and her family are getting the psychiatric help they so obviously need.\r \r Pros: Have not met one person I didn't like in that office Cons: B/C it is such a popular practice, it can take some time to get a non-emergent appointment more

Excellent services 5/24/2008

I know one of the counselors there and despite what the other lady said, Burden provided me with excellent care. She saw me in Kuwait adn treated me for sexual assult. She was a soilder but very professional and did a great job. I wish my new thepist was like her. I can not speak for the others doctors there but if Burden is working with them then they must be a hell of a practice. more

Lousy Treatment - stay away 11/11/2007

They are horrible! - My pysch and my daughters pysch and her therapist worked out of this office - they had done nothing about my daughters obvious state except up her medicine slightly - my husband INSISTED they admit her into MUSC - which they did and then they fired us as patients - saying we had caused too much disturbance in a PSYCHIATRIC office - their office manager and she knows who he is is the WORST counselor I have ever seen! - they should all have their licenses yanked - my daughter has been through he** since and is now BACK in MUSC Pros: Lousy Cons: Unprofessional to say the least more
