Review content:
After reading some of the reviews we were a bit hesitant about eating here. It's a lovely, inviting place. In the heart of the village, cozy (we like cozy, though some refer to this as cramped)...so what's not to like? Nothing as far as we're concerned. Nice people and Great food. Good recommendations from our waiter. We shared a charcuterie appetizer plate which is something I usually don't order but this was terrific. A wonderful selection. All our entrees were excellent. My only con was I think they should turn off the music which leaned toward rock which is entirely inappropriate in a place which most people (even the naysayers) say is romantic. I say cut the music entirely and let people talk and hear one another. I for one am tired of screaming in too many New York restaurants. Good place, Great people.
Pros: Covered patio, Fire, Great service, food
Cons: No bar to sit and wait at
