Review content:
The food was good. The decor and lighting were awesome. Good wine selection. The wait staff was friendly (albeit very busy). The tables were a bit close, so much so that I felt several times as if I was in the middle of someone else's conversation and interrupting with my own. Maybe the trick is to go early on a weeknight. The bus boy put worcestershire in our olive oil instead of balsamic YUK. They ran out of several dishes by 7:00 pm, which to me seems like poor planning in the kitchen. I am all for conceding that mistakes happen, or it's ""one of those nights"" . However, In this price range you don't get to have ""those nights"". I have to say I was a little disappointed, next time I will opt for something else where what is listed on the menu is available and I can hear my dinner date. There are a million restaurants in NYC, on to the next one.
