My husband and I had been searching for a used Yukon or Suburban for a few months. After a horrible experience at a dealer followed up by no luck finding exactly what we wanted a friend referred us to Tim McIntyre at Marquardt. Looked online and saw they had a gorgeous Yukon XL Denali. Went that day and met Tim. WOW!!! What a class act. He knew the truck inside and out! One would think this would be typical, but we had met about 5 salesmen and he was the first one who actually had any knowledge about the vehicle we were looking at. He was honest and treated us like friends not like a commission check. The other employees we met treated us with the same courtesy and respect. Tim even warned us the paperwork may take a few minutes so he told us to take the Yukon and recommended a great place for dinner. Needless to say, we drove out that night with the vehicle we had been waiting for and an experience that we could have never even dreamed of. They have our business for life. Thank you Tim and Marquardt. Our family is now safe and comfortable:)
