Review content:
I recently was in the market for a 2011 GMC Acadia. I began my search via the internet contacting numerous dealers. Marquardt was head and shoulders above their competition, both in timeliness and quality of the responses. Tim McIntyre contacted us initially and stayed with us throughout the process. Through the internet he provided me with specific answers to my questions as opposed to other dealers who responded in vague generalities and did nothing but try to lure me into the showroom. \r \r After the internet process, my wife and I made the dreaded trip to the showroom. We fully expected some part of the deal to change or to be talked into a more expensive vehicle. This did NOT happen whatsoever. Tim was true to his word, and could not have been more helpful. I have purchased over 15 vehilces and this experience was by far the easiest and least stressful.\r \r After purchasing the vehicle, Tim still treats us as a potential customer as opposed to someone he has already sold a car to. Next year, I need to replace my other car and I will be sure to contact Tim.\r \r All around great job Marquardt and Tim!!
