My wife and I decided to trade in our Acura and after looking at many of the upscale cars decided on a Buick LaCrosse. Once we made the decision on the Buick we started the process of selecting a dealer. We visited three dealerships in our area and decided Marquardt of Barrington was our first choice for a myriad of reasons.
Obviously, the point person at the dealership is the sales … we felt Jay best represented the Buick and the dealership. We made a couple of trips to Marquardt and on each occasion, Jay was very attentive and made certain we were making the best choice for our needs.
In addition … we felt Marquardt offered the best choice for service. Jay made certain we met the right service managers and had a tour of the facility.
We purchased the right Buick for us … thanks to Jay. We have had a chance to put our Buick through its paces and love the car and feel very positive about our new relationship with Marquardt of Barrington.
