I have bought several cars from Marquardt through the years, and our latest still brought a great experience with Miguel as our salesperson. I have to say the entire dealer tries to go the extra mile and focus on customer service. They want people to come back, not just make a sale. So in buying our 2011 GMC Acadia, I felt he was helping us reach what was best for our family, not an adversary. On top of that Miguel is prompt, a hard worker(we test drove many cars on different days), with him being kind and consistent through the experience. We now consider him a friend, as well as having a great experience in purchasing. One other significant thing to mention was that they worked quite hard to make the financial processing a quick, but clear communication process, which I appreciate.
