Review content:
the undertaker smelled like beer when we arrived for our private showing before the public came. my grandmother almost had to walk up the hill from the parking lot before some guy in jeans and a 'company jacket' came to direct us up to the special lot in front. we walked into the viewing room to see all of these chairs packed up on the sides - i think they were folding chairs - and a wall of flowers surrounding my uncle's coffin. The lighting was kind of dim and it was hard for my gram to see very well - she bumped into chairs every time she got up. The facility is typically 'funeral home white' on the outside with hideous green shades on the inside. They also had a floral basket hanging outside the front door - really tacky. The best thing about the whole funeral was the limo and the driver told me that they were rentals, which I believe because they did not match the owners cars - beige car and van with black hearse and limo - wow. These people need a lesson in class. On the other hand, they were pretty far from relaxed - one might even say pushy.
Pros: none that I can think of
Cons: facility, property, staff
