We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Raja Tours also does business as Beaverton Airporter. I was scheduled for an early morning pickup on 1/1/2008, before Beaverton Airporter's 8am business hours. The night before, I was supposed to receive a confirmation call, but didn't, so I had to call them after their business hours ended at 8pm to verify. They apologized for being so busy that they couldn't call me first. That's really no excuse for poor service. But wait--it gets worse. The next morning, NO ONE showed up and NO ONE called me. I expected a call from the driver and also the office, where I left a couple of messages that morning as I waited for my ride. Because it was before business hours, no one answered. I waited 40 minutes, and finally had to drive myself to the airport, where I almost missed my flight. In addition, I had to pay over $100 for parking, which I was trying to avoid by taking the shuttle. In my phone messages to Beaverton Airporter, I asked for an explanation of why no one showed and why no one called me, and vouchers for a free round trip(s). In the end, NO ONE called me back. Extremely poor customer service. Not reliable at all. They shouldn't be operating.
