March 2008: I scheduled a rountrip service for $85. Not an issue. I got the first part of my trip (to airport). No issue. Coming home to PDX my plane was on time. I got off the plane, went to the bathroom and purchased a bottle of water on my way to baggage claim. I picked up my bag and walked outside - no Beaverton Airporter. I went to the shuttle desk and they told me where to meet the van. FIFTEEN minutes later a rep comes to me and says the B-Airporter had already been there, waited an HOUR, and left because I was a no show. My plane landed at 1:19 and I was waiting for the van by 1:50. Hmmm.. How could they have been waiting an hour???? If THEY arrived early that was their problem, not mine. They refused me service and the Indian man I was speaking to was so rude, disrespectful and had no customer-service skill at all. I was forced to find a different ride which meant I spent 2 hours on the MAX which is not the safest of options for a single lady travelling alone. \r \r I highly recommend you pick a different service for your PDX-Home needs. I am also contacting my employers travel group and recommend they NOT recommend this company. I will also be contacting the city of Beaverton licensing department to file an official complaint. This company (and or their management) should not be operating.\r \r They state NO refund on their receipts so on top of getting lousy service and treatment they STOLE $45 of my prepaid money. On top of everything else I consider them thieves!!! Cons: Poor customer service, steals prepaid money, argumentative management
