I have known Techfusion to provide excellent service to my colleagues as well as friends and family for several years. For example my boss, who headed a department as Director of Engineering at a Silicon Valley high tech company, had a serious hard drive failure in his department, and the engineers and technicians in the company did not have the requisite knowledge and expertise to fix it themselves. We called Techfusion to see if they could take up the task. Techfusion provided an estimate which they later adhered to. Within a few days, my boss and his team were impressed to find, Techfusion recovered all of the data and FedEx'ed it back. Everything was restored to its original condition.?
Pros: great customer service, reliability and professionalism
