I dropped off my computer hard drive when it had crashed. Before they even found out whether or not they could recover the data, they billed me the full price of their services. They were not able to recover it, and when I contacted a different data recovery firm, they were able to recover the data in less than 48 hours. It took about a week of calling every day to get someone to talk to (never did get the person I was trying to reach) and now it's been maybe 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money!\r

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
Pros: None, none at all... except that their services ""looked"" inexpensive at first
