After becoming disillusioned with our local vet due to indifferent service and high fees, I took my two dogs to the Sandwich Veterinary Hospital after it was recommended to me by a friend. I was immediately impressed by the positive and caring atmosphere I felt upon entering the reception area and speaking with the receptionist. Dr. Harmon was careful in explaining my dog's condition, treatment and recovery. I think that pet owners like me want to know and understand what's wrong with our pets and be part of the caregiving team. Dr. Harmon did not disappoint me in this area like many past vets I've known have. I've also gotten great service from the hospital's other two vets and am assured that my dogs will get the care they need from Sandwich Animal Hospital.\r

What's more, the fees for services there are more in line with what I feel they should be and I don't get mailings from them urging me to try expensive new medications or treatments that are most often not needed and possibly not in my dogs' best interests.\r

Although it is a 35 minute drive to East Sandwich from my home in North Falmouth, I am more then happy to take the time and spend the gas money to get this quality of veterinary care!
