I usually don't take the time to applaud service companies because I think they are simply doing their job. I am paying them to perform a service and I have high expectations so I believe a good job should be standard... otherwise I simply won't use them again. BUT THIS TIME.... I am taking time out of my busy day to tell people how great of a job this company did. I am beyond pleased with the customer service and knowledge of this company. They have been at my home for 4 days in a row and every detail has been perfect. The plumbers have gone out of there way to inform me and make sure I am happy with everything going on. From start to finish they were professional, clean and most importantly I felt that I could trust them. BRAVO BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBING! You just got yourself a lifetime customer.
