Review content:
We were excited to see the nice selection of little girl dresses they have online. So, we placed an order for 4 dresses. They immediately billed our credit card an said they would let us know when it ships. Here we are three weeks later and nothing. I have called the store several times. The two times that they answered the phone, the lady told me that the guy who is in charge of the website wasn't there. Messages were supposedly left both times. We have sent about 5 emails and was sent an automated reply that they would contact us within 24-48 hours. Still nothing. Finally, I sent an email to cancel our order. I just hope our money is refunded. I am glad others have had a nice experience in store, but I would not recommend purchasing from them online. I checked with BBB, but they haven't even tried to get accredited. Buyer Beware.
