We were excited to see the nice selection of little girl dresses they have online. So, we placed an order for 4 dresses. They immediately billed our credit card an said they would let us know when it ships. Here we are three weeks later and nothing. I have called the store several times. The two times that they answered the phone, the lady told me that the guy who is in charge of the website wasn't there. Messages were supposedly left both times. We have sent about 5 emails and was sent an automated reply that they would contact us within 24-48 hours. Still nothing. Finally, I sent an email to cancel our order. I just hope our money is refunded. I am glad others have had a nice experience in store, but I would not recommend purchasing from them online. I checked with BBB, but they haven't even tried to get accredited. Buyer Beware. more

I send people here from manhattan! How cool is it that they sell online now! These clothes are partially imported from Italy and partially designed by the owner, just quality pieces you cant find anywhere else. more

It's nice to go into a store that's not a large chain and get immediate service and attention. Customer service is very important to me which is why I have been a customer for a few years now. Great Kids Clothes!\r \r I have two kids (8 and 5) and always shop at Festival. I've been going to this store for many years and love the fact that it's a family run business....you don't find too many of them anymore. The staff is helpful and always eager to suggest an outfit or two that could work for my kids. Furthermore, my kids are always getting compliments on their clothes which I love.....I always refer them to Festival and their great and knowledgable staff! more

I have a 16 month old baby and I found great outfits for her, the staff was very helpful and friendly, not pushy, and gave me suggestions. They have a great selection for girls and also boys. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and would shop there again very soon!! more

I have twins, a boy and a girl and started looking for communion outfits for them. My girlfriend told me to check out Festival Apparel in Brooklyn. She said they had a great selection of Communion dresses and suits. She was so right. I was able to get my daughter a dress and accessories and the same with my son. The sales person was amazing. They spent a considerable amount of time with us. We, the kids and I, explained what we were looking for and they gave us a selection and made the process very easy going. The sales person also took the time to make my son and daughter feel important as they were trying on the outfits. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a communion outfit for either their son or daughter. more

As a father I was tasked by my wife with the mission of finding my two preteen kids a casual and formal attire for a weekend get away wedding for my son and daughter. Not my idea of a good time. However, the sales associates made the experience easy, fun, and I came away with a quadruple win; wife and kids were happy, (they were stlyishly dressed), plus my wallet didn't hurt much. Store was well organized, clean, staff were extremely helpful and knowledge of their merchandise and inventory. This is definitely the place to go in Brooklyn if you are looking for good quality, variety, and reasonable clothing, coats, and accessories for your children. Last Saturday I went shopping for my daughters christening dress. I was told by a friend of mine to visit Festival because, as she said, ""they simply have the best."" The owner was charming and personable, with a vast knowledge of his product and his business. He showed me a varirty of gorgeous christening dresses to choose from. I was also able to purchase a beautiful suit for my little boy at a great price, which the owner carefully and patiently taylored to my fidgety son's specifications. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family and anyone who is looking for superb service and exceptional merchandise. Pros: fine quality childrens clothing at a great price more
