Review content:
I am a new customer to call realty. They have not made my renting experience a pleasure. Not only do they not return phone calls they are also very rude in person. As a customer who pays them a lot of money a month, they are not at all grateful for my business. I am renting a house rather than buying, and the day I went in to sign my lease, lunch break seemed more important to them than I did. They did not review my lease with me and did not check up on me to make sure I was doing okay. Also, they do not follow through with what is promised. Whether that be what they promised in the lease or what they verbally promised. I would not reccomend renting from them or doing any business with this company.
Pros: available on Saturdays
Cons: very rude and unhelpful
