Professional and kind 6/16/2011

I had the pleasure of speaking with Robyne yesterday regarding some homes we were looking at in Spokane for my family who just moved from Alaska. I think it is soooo important when people go out of their way for you, and/or provide excellent customer service, that they be recognized, and just thought I would let you know you that Robyne was professional, kind, and courteous to me yesterday. She was willing to help me and go above and beyond. I just wanted to let you know I thought she was a sweetheart, and deserved a Kudos :) more
