Free estimate is only a phone guess. If you want a real estimate you have to pay them to come to your home or you can take your furniture to them. Be aware they are in the basement of an office building no elevator..only stairs. Two businesses in one location. Looking at what was there it didn't look any different then store furniture, nothing special and the price quoted was not cheap for what I saw in workmanship quality. They offer Pick-up and delivery but again you pay for this service, they do however offer free touch-ups and wood polishing before returning your furniture. I thought that was funny that something they would possibly ""nick"" when taking old material off or putting new on would be ""free"", I would think they would automatically clean-up the woodwork if they nicked it. Would I recommend them, depends, how much money do you have and how much do you love your furniture?. Maybe, however, I would say check around for price and fabric options, who will give you free in home quote and pickup/delivery for a reasonable price. Would I use them..not without checking around and get a written quote first stating what is included and what is not then do your homework. Check around first.
