Free estimate is only a phone guess. If you want a real estimate you have to pay them to come to your home or you can take your furniture to them. Be aware they are in the basement of an office building no elevator..only stairs. Two businesses in one location. Looking at what was there it didn't look any different then store furniture, nothing special and the price quoted was not cheap for what I saw in workmanship quality. They offer Pick-up and delivery but again you pay for this service, they do however offer free touch-ups and wood polishing before returning your furniture. I thought that was funny that something they would possibly ""nick"" when taking old material off or putting new on would be ""free"", I would think they would automatically clean-up the woodwork if they nicked it. Would I recommend them, depends, how much money do you have and how much do you love your furniture?. Maybe, however, I would say check around for price and fabric options, who will give you free in home quote and pickup/delivery for a reasonable price. Would I use them..not without checking around and get a written quote first stating what is included and what is not then do your homework. Check around first. more

DO NOT go here. Went to find out a price for reupholstering a chair and did not even make it into their shop. The smell at the doorway was that of a garbage dump. I opened the garage door and the place looked as if it was a disposal site for old furniture. There was an old freezer and several pieces of furniture in different piles throughout the garage. I shut the door and went away. Find another business to do your work. This place is REALLY the pits. more
