Sorry your upset, nobody likes having their car towed. First the owner of the lot you left your car in illegally had it towed, which is their right. Taking the car to the police first IS THE LAW and the Lees Summit lot is for police impounds only. Your car was not impounded by the police. Again I am sorry your upset but we were only following the law. Please feel free to call us and I will gladly discuss the situation with you. We prefer to help our customers if we can.
