I brought my boyfriend to this Spa to experience his first facial. The idea was to bring him in for a day of pampering and relaxation for his birthday.
Before booking the appointment, I called several spa's in the Austin area to ask about specials, products, services, appointments and prices. One spa in particular (located in Downtown Austin) came highly recommended to me, as it is apparently one of the more well-known spa's in town. I called there asking about services, and got the most unknowledgeable and unhelpful information from the person answering the phone. This really turned me off to the experience, as my idea was to give a gift of pampering and relaxation! I then stumbled upon the ""Face To Face"" webpage and decided to give them a call. Immediately after calling, I knew I had made the right choice. The person answering the phone was courteous, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She helped me design a gift for my boyfriend that he would love.
I brought him in for his service a few days later, and he was ecstatic! The environment was calm and soothing, the people were great, and the services he received that day were excellent. I decided to wait there while he was getting his service, and they sat me in a room they called the ""Meditation Room"". Complete with Wi-Fi and comfortable couches, I was pleasantly relaxed and able to sit back and enjoy my surroundings while my guy got his special pampering. He left Face To Face beaming from ear to ear! I was so glad that I decided to choose this day spa as the place for his day of relaxation.
