Danielle,\r I'm surprised to see you had such an adverse reaction. They are so THROUGH there its almost annoying and they take such a good history I can't believe your story. I've been a customer there for almost a year (I'm also a nurse) and I also see the same aesthetician. She is VERY CAREFUL and takes a COMPLETE HISTORY of what is going on with your skin. She would never put you or your skin at risk, I can assure you that!!! I've had the Jesners, blading & multiple microderm abrasion treatments....and EVERY TIME they have questioned me about what is a safe treatment for my skin. My skin is so much improved under their careful guidance. With the Jesners....you CAN have the appearance like your photo (which you should remove). You story just doesn't pan out OR you are blowing it out of proportion. Get a grip!!! more

I was in town for SXSW and staying in Cedar Park. Five long days of sessions, walking around downtown and late nights left me a little worse for wear. Face to Face had some excellent reviews and was very convenient. Not being able to plan too far ahead I was very pleased that they were able to book me an appointment. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in to the time I left the staff was very fantastic. The deep tissue massage was the perfect way to leave Austin refreshed. Thank you Face to Face and when my travels bring me back to Austin I'll definitely return. more

Great service. Great prices. Really took care of my son and myself. We will be visiting this spa on a regular basis. My sons skin had visibly improved within two days of his visit. I felt refreshed and relaxed after my facial. Going to be buying gift vouchers for x-mas; a perfect gift for anyone. Face to Face Spa is worth checking out. They offer many services and the pricing is very reasonable. The estheticians are extremely knowledgeable and I feel they truly make recommendations best suited for my skin. Give them a try. You won't regret it. My skin feels and looks so much better! more

I have had facials in top spas all over Austin--Milk & Honey, Viva, Bradz, etc. and the facials I've received at Face to Face rival all those big names, at a much more reasonable price. These are results-oriented facials (and you WILL see results) but with all the feel-good features, too--best massage with facial I have ever received (from Ebony)! My skin looks better than it has in years (maybe ever) and I drive 16 miles to go to this spa--it's worth it. The thing that really sets this spa apart for me, though, is the staff and customer service. I have been around while the owner, Jenny, has dealt with maintenance men and difficult customers, and no matter the situation, she always responds with such respect and kindness. PLUS she really knows her stuff when it comes to skincare. I've received my last two treatments from Lindsay, who is not only an excellent esthetician, but who is also great to talk to. I always leave Face to Face feeling pampered and extremely positive--all the wonderful talented people there just have that kind of effect on you. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience at Face to Face, and I highly recommend it. Even though I am a college student and on a tight budget, I ended up opting into the membership program and I am so glad that I did. Seriously, try it out; you will not regret it! more

This spa is amazing! From their fabulous owner and staff to their extremely beneficial facials/peels! Everyone is SO welcoming and knowledgeable and they make wonderful recommendations for your skin! They introduced me to Glo-Therapeutics products which have already made a difference in my skin. You MUST try this place! They have a great ""membership"" program and offer various services, but they will NOT pressure you into anything!! more

I love F2F! My bridal party came in town for the weekend and I decided to surprise them with an afternoon spa treatment. Jenny and the girls at F2F were amazing! We had wine and relaxed in the meditation room before our treatments, then after some pampering, Jane gave us an amazing makeover. My girls were thrilled and we had so much fun. They're actually planning another visit before the wedding and we're booking Jane to do our makeup for the reception. I would definitly recommend this spa to anyone wanting to plan a bridal party or just a girls day out. more

I joined face to face after facelogic was abruptly shut down. All I can say is what a fantastic upgrade for comparable pricing. The owner is highly knowledgeable and passionate, the staff is friendly and professional, and you can't beat the perks and ambience. I feel very fortunate to have been given the chance to experience this level of service in a salon/medspa. It truly is the best of both worlds. more

Ever since Face to Face Spa opened up, I have been giong there. The staff is so friendly and genuine, while the service is excellent! The prices are reasonable too! I found this spa through a LivingSocial deal and have been going back ever since. The staff are friendly and the enviornment is relaxing. I also purchased a membership that offers great deals and a monthly premium facial. My aestician is awesome and very helpful when it comes to my skin care. I have had acne since I was a teen and I have never found a spa that has been so helpful in maintaining my skin care. Overall, I highly recommend this spa! The complimentary wine and chocolates are a plus too!!! more

I brought my boyfriend to this Spa to experience his first facial. The idea was to bring him in for a day of pampering and relaxation for his birthday. Before booking the appointment, I called several spa's in the Austin area to ask about specials, products, services, appointments and prices. One spa in particular (located in Downtown Austin) came highly recommended to me, as it is apparently one of the more well-known spa's in town. I called there asking about services, and got the most unknowledgeable and unhelpful information from the person answering the phone. This really turned me off to the experience, as my idea was to give a gift of pampering and relaxation! I then stumbled upon the ""Face To Face"" webpage and decided to give them a call. Immediately after calling, I knew I had made the right choice. The person answering the phone was courteous, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She helped me design a gift for my boyfriend that he would love. I brought him in for his service a few days later, and he was ecstatic! The environment was calm and soothing, the people were great, and the services he received that day were excellent. I decided to wait there while he was getting his service, and they sat me in a room they called the ""Meditation Room"". Complete with Wi-Fi and comfortable couches, I was pleasantly relaxed and able to sit back and enjoy my surroundings while my guy got his special pampering. He left Face To Face beaming from ear to ear! I was so glad that I decided to choose this day spa as the place for his day of relaxation. more

Today I have my second facial at Face to Face and I just can't wait. My first experience was fantastic, I was greeted with a glass of wine, sat in the meditation area to clear my head and then went in for my facial, neck and shoulder massage and chemical peel. I was in heaven. Afterwards, Jenny did my make up and I walked out looking and feeling like a million bucks. more

I too was welcomed by the staff upon arrival at the spa...the minute you walk in Jessica is offering you something to drink including wine if you like :) Jenny the owner performed my services today and did a phenomenal job. She actually owns the salon, and it has been open since March. She was very knowledgeable about the services and skincare overall. You can tell this is her passion. She also wants her staff to be expertly trained as well, always talking about the latest and greatest thing, at the moment lash extensions are all the rage, be sure to ask about them. They make them affordable to have and maintain. The concept is unique as well. Membership is free and you just commit to getting a facial done monthly at the lower member pricing. They also have member parties once a month with wine and or'deurves to socialize and mingle with other members. Definitely the whole experience from start to finish really was memorable!!!! I can't wait for the member party tomorrow at 4:30pm!!!!! Become a member and I'll See you there tomorrow:) Ohhh what fun it is!!!!!! more
