Businiess name:  Floor Depot

Review content:
Sir / Ma'am,\r \r First of all, their prices are great. However, what?s the point if the items are on backorder or not available? That's kind of like the $99 plasma TV?s at BestBuy that are never in stock. I've been in line for those for 5 years and counting. \r Anyway, Floor Depot will try to sell you liquidated or closeout items to save you some money, but they do this to increase their profit margin as well. As most flooring dealers run about a 20% profit margin to stay competitive and in stay business. Floor Depot sells a lot of ""cabin grade"" wood floors at near 50% off retail, but to ensure it's acceptable to the average consumer they make you buy 30% more than normal for ""waste"". The average waste rate for 1st quality flooring is 5-10%. In the long run you may save 20% over what you will have spent at a quality and reputable flooring store by the time your merchandise finally arrives. Ask yourself, can you put a price on your time, patience, and peace of mind? \r If so, go with Floor Depot. As for me and my wife, we cannot and will not recommend Floor Depot to anyone we care about.\r Pros: Prices! But any dealer can give a great price on discontinued and closeouts. Cons: Customer Disservice and Backorders seem to be standard operating procedures!
