Where to really begin, first we stopped by and saw a tile that we liked and wanted to install. I ended up talking to the owner Bob, thinking he was going to give me the best deal, I asked if there was a military discount, he then told me that he would make sure I got the best deal. Later, I came back and asked a different sales associate the cost of the tile, and he then quoted me a third less on the cost. I then brought that up to them and they tried to quickly side step and tell me that it must have just gone on sale that day. Then to add to everything, I am glad that right before I came back to pick up my grout and hardibacker boards that I found out that he was gouging me on those prices also. Not only was he charging me $17.99 for one 3x5 hardibacker, that only costs $9 dollars at Lowes, I then also found that he was overcharging for the Motar and Grout also, both of which he was charging me $17.99 for and I found available at Lowes for only $11 dollars. I canceled the pick up and here it is two weeks later and I am still waiting for my over $100 dollars that is suppose to be refunded back to me. I highly recommend not purchasing from these guys, they will get you for every thing and then on top of all of this, charge you 3% fuel surcharge on top of all of this overpricing.
