IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING TO THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY I WOULD. THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE INEPT AND USELESS. I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER A MONTH TO SET UP BILL PAY AND THEY STILL TELL ME THAT IT HAS NOT GONE THROUGH EVEN THOUGH ONE OF THOSE METHODS WAS IN WRITING THROUGH THE MAIL? I AGREE WITH THE REVIEW BEFORE...THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE AND THEY SCREW UP YOUR CREDIT AND CAUSE MORE STRESS THAN ANY VEHICLE IS WORTH. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
