Nancy took my clothing and told me to come back and pick it up in one week, even provided me a service slip with the time and date on it to pick it up. One week later, she was nowhere to be found. She wouldn't answer her telephone, and avoided all of my attempts to pick up my clothing! I finally tracked her down by driving by late one night to pick up my clothes, AFTER the written pick up date, only to find that she had NOT TOUCHED them! Her excuse was that she simply ""Just didn't get to them"", and I was SOL. I was so upset, I have already reported her to the proper authorities, this is not the first time she has pulled this! BEWARE, Nancy DOES NOT keep her appointments, and offers NO excuse for her REPEATED behavior! DO NOT USE HER SERVICES!!!!!!!!
