Nancy took my clothing and told me to come back and pick it up in one week, even provided me a service slip with the time and date on it to pick it up. One week later, she was nowhere to be found. She wouldn't answer her telephone, and avoided all of my attempts to pick up my clothing! I finally tracked her down by driving by late one night to pick up my clothes, AFTER the written pick up date, only to find that she had NOT TOUCHED them! Her excuse was that she simply ""Just didn't get to them"", and I was SOL. I was so upset, I have already reported her to the proper authorities, this is not the first time she has pulled this! BEWARE, Nancy DOES NOT keep her appointments, and offers NO excuse for her REPEATED behavior! DO NOT USE HER SERVICES!!!!!!!! more

Nancy collected my clothing, stating that it would be no problem to do 5 simple hems in 1 week, provided me a service slip, and sent me on my way. One week later she was completely MIA, wouldn't answer my phone calls, holding my clothing hostage! I finally had to repeatedly drive by her house and catch her at home at 9 PM at night in order to surprise her and collect my UN-TOUCHED clothes. Her explanation....'Oh, this is one of the orders I didn't get to...."" I collected my clothing and got the hell out of there. This is warning to whomever uses her sevices: Do so at your own risk, and know that you may never see your clothes again!!! Never again will I EVER use cheaper services, you get what you pay for, and she may be cheap, but you may never see your clothes again!!!! Cons: Nancy is a Conartist more
