I've had to take my car back to 911 Auto Center 5 times for the same problem. 6 months later, my car is still not fixed and they have taken my money. Last week I took my car to another body shop and found out that the computer on my car had been replaced with a completely different computer and a lot of parts had been replaced with used and much cheaper parts. They took out the computer system that DID NOT need to be replaced and placed a used computer that DOES NOT match the system in my car. I will NEVER go back to 911 Auto Center and I warn anyone who is thinking of using this place. I would like to find more people with similar stories as I am seeking a class action against them.
Cons: They do not fix the problem and will take your money.
