Review content:
So, obviously the reviews for this place run the gamut from great to sucky. Well, I had a sucky experience and, unfortunately, still am:
I've had a Honda for 6 yrs and I've ALWAYS brought it to the dealer for service. It was time to replace the timing belt, which is expensive, so I thought I'd save myself a little $ by checking out other places. Not only did this place end up being more expensive than both what they AND Honda quoted me over the phone, but the invoice was bogus. Even when I asked for an itemization (which they did not initially provide), you could tell it was total BS - not professional at all. And Martin was extremely rude and unprofessional to me.
Even worse, afterward, my timing belt made that horrible, high-pitched screeching noise (you know the one - so embarrassing!). So I had to take it back twice to get that dealt with. Even now, it doesn't screech, but it just sounds bad. Before I brought my car to 911, it didn't sound like it does now. So, maybe I actually WILL have to go back again! But NEVER for anything else. I wish I had stuck with the dealer. I've learned my lesson. I won't ever go someplace unless it comes recommended from someone I know.
If you read ""BEWARE""'s review below, he pretty much sums my experience up perfectly. And they also let me wait there for 9 hours w/out offering to give me a ride home while I wait for my car. Thanks guys!
PS - 3/9/11 - Today, apparently, I busted a head gasket, and had to be towed to a shop. You can guess where I DIDN'T go. While I was being towed by AAA, I brought up 911 (remembering my horrible experience last year), and the AAA tow driver knew all about 911 because he's talked to/towed so many people who have had similar bad experiences w/them. We both agreed that we can't imagine how they are even still in business.
Pros: Brenda is nice
Cons: Invoice was totally bogus
