I have known Anna for years, and have never seen any of the behavior described in these bad reviews. I have bought birds from her and supplies for two cockateils and two quakers. She also clips the wings of my birds. Her prices are reasonable for the birds and supplies. I have been there when she was very busy but still treated every customer and every bird with the same loving care. Any merchant would take care of what makes the money for them. White cockateils are rare and therefore expensive. I cannot imagine anyone in the business of selling birds not taking care of a rare bird and letting the other birds hurt it. Just doesn't sound reasonable to me. As for the amount you spend, she has never charged me for advice and never asked me how much I was going to spend so she would know how to treat me!!
