Was assigned this company by my warranty company and they came out 4 times-never leaving with the appliance completely fixed. The last time they were here, I was told another part needed to be ordered and they would call. I called them back 2 weeks later to check the status and was told that the technician had already installed the part! I was told that if the appliance was still not working, would have to file another claim with my warranty company!!! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! I have never had a technician lie like this! If they did this to me, they will do it to anyone! Please be careful and if your warranty company assigns this shop to you, request another vendor.
