Never felt so cheated! 7/19/2010

Was assigned this company by my warranty company and they came out 4 times-never leaving with the appliance completely fixed. The last time they were here, I was told another part needed to be ordered and they would call. I called them back 2 weeks later to check the status and was told that the technician had already installed the part! I was told that if the appliance was still not working, would have to file another claim with my warranty company!!! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! I have never had a technician lie like this! If they did this to me, they will do it to anyone! Please be careful and if your warranty company assigns this shop to you, request another vendor. Cons: cheating, stealing, and lies more

David Moore and Moore Appliance Repair - Awful Experience!!! 7/10/2010

This company came to my house 5 TIMES to fix an 8 year old microwave and then wanted to come back a 6th time!!!! Unbelievable! They were recommended by the home warranty company - on the 5th time they said they were going to recommend replacing the microwave, but, instead, ordered more parts. When I called to discuss this, the owner screamed at me and said ""I'm cancelling your work order!"" ...which he didn't!!!! So, not only do they NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, but they DON'T TELL THE TRUTH! Work with this company at your OWN RISK! Awful experience!!!!!! Cons: Unprofessional, Don't Know What They're Doing more
