My husband and I went there for dinner and the hostess initially gave us a cool reception when we advised we didn't have a reservation. There was only two tables in the restaurant seated. When she did seat us it was practically out of the restaurant and to the opening of the shopping center which didn't really afford a nice view. The menu is creative and reasonably priced. The wine list is also very nice and offers lots of variety. While waiting on our food some servers and the hostess congregated behind our table and had a conversation about the painting and general small talk. It was distracting and I would encourage the staff to have their conversations of of the dining room floor. The duck was very well executed and the pear sauce and polenta cake were good complements. The steak was good but a little overcooked. As we ate we saw other people seated in the front near the windows. That would have been preferable and if we go back I would definitely ask to be seated there. I am guessing the owner or manager, I am not sure who he was since he didn't introduce himself, came by and asked how the food was and thanked us for coming at the end. Our server was barely attentive. I would more then likely go back for lunch or maybe just a glass of wine. Pros: good food, elegant presentation Cons: inattentive server, seating is a little crowded
