Bob Guerin and Walt Wozniak will sweet talk you and promise to build you a nice home. You will pay more than your budget. They will double charge you for everything and take shortcuts where ever they can. Your home will be incomplete, you will have many mechanics liens placed on your home, and they will blame you for it. They use the 3D's in their business tactic. DENY, DELAY, and DEFEND their actions until you decide you want to go into a long lawsuit with them. They then will have to pay you back. Not the way you want to build your dream cabin. Stay away from this company. Consider this a WARNING!!!! If you still want to use them, you will suffer like my family did, just like all of their customers. I feel terribly sorry for the people who will use them in the future not knowing who Coast to Coast really are, and what these two conmen will do.
