They will double charge you for everything and take shortcuts where ever they can. Your home will be incomplete, you will have many mechanics liens placed on your home, and they will blame you for it. They use the 3D's in their business tactic. DENY, DELAY, and DEFEND their actions until you decide you want to go into a long lawsuit with them. They then will have to pay you back. Not the way you want to build your dream cabin.
