Review content:
I called recently to make an appointment and was told to call back in about a month becuase they were moving, which was fine. I was also told to email picture of gowns that I liked, so I did. I called back about 3 weeks later to ask more about their gowns and was treated very rudely. First, they do not carry anything high end, it's all synthetic materials. What's the point of renting when I could just BUY a sythetic dress at nearly the same price? Second, she had no clue about my email and asked me the same questions over and over. Third, I was told that they probably wouldn't be in the new location until the end of the year. That's almost 2 months longer that originally told. This in itself isn't a big deal but it is only 7 months until my wedding and it takes 6-8 months to order a new gown. When I explained this to the salesperson to see if I could just make an appointment for the old store, I was treatly VERY rudely and was told that she couldn't do anything about it and I'd just have to wait. I had high hopes but Alexandria's will not recieve my business.
Pros: Apparently a large selection of wedding dresses
