Alexandria's Formal Dress Rntl

I called recently to make an appointment and was told to call back in about a month becuase they were moving, which was fine. I was also told to email picture of gowns that I liked, so I did. I called back about 3 weeks later to ask more about their gowns and was treated very rudely. First, they do not carry anything high end, it's all synthetic materials. What's the point of renting when I could just BUY a sythetic dress at nearly the same price? Second, she had no clue about my email and asked me the same questions over and over. Third, I was told that they probably wouldn't be in the new location until the end of the year. That's almost 2 months longer that originally told. This in itself isn't a big deal but it is only 7 months until my wedding and it takes 6-8 months to order a new gown. When I explained this to the salesperson to see if I could just make an appointment for the old store, I was treatly VERY rudely and was told that she couldn't do anything about it and I'd just have to wait. Our appointment was fun, the service was friendly and helpful! I rented my wedding gown and all 5 matching bridesmaids dresses from Alexandrias in Roseville. We all enjoyed our experience. I found all the personal attention to my wedding details helpful. They even referred me to a Tuxedo rental shop that had the matching vests and ties for the guys. There were a lot of dresses to choose from. Many colors were available. I had searched all over. The prices were very reasonable. I SAVED over $500 by renting my wedding dress and accessories! I highly recommend renting from this place. Pros: Friendly and helpful, Lots of rental gowns in many sizes & colors; Excellent prices that were much lower than other bridal stores, good quality and value more
