It is certainly disappointing to read the few negative reviews that have been posted (and we really appreciate the positive ones!) We make every effort to achieve 100% satisfaction with every patient that we see. However, we do see an average of about 3500 new patients every year, the vast majority of which heard about us through a friend or relative who had been here. As in any business, there's always a handful that, try though we may, we are unable to make happy. And human nature being what it is, most patients or customers who are happy with their experience just go on their way and perhaps, at most, tell someone else about their positive experience. Rarely do they take the time or go to the trouble of writing an internet review. Also, due to privacy laws, we are unable to respond and explain an entire situation. We would just encourage anyone to check us out for yourself. More than likely you will fall into that 99% of our patients who are perfectly happy with the service they have received.
