Review content:
\r My 74 years old mother lives alone in Naples, She called me the other day in a panic because she could not unlock her car. The alarm kept going off, and the remote did not respond. I searched the web and found Audio Concepts. I called and explained my situation, and that I was calling from CT. The lady on the phone said that they usually do not do house calls, but asked me to hold while she checked with the Manager. ""Lewis or Louis"" was very nice, and told me that he will take care of it. Mr. L. Helped mom with her car, and even called me back later to give me an update. I felt very comfortable and relieved. His prices were very fair, I asked him to add $20 for gratuities to my bill and he refused. On my next visit to Naples, I will like to bring them a basket of goodies to thank them in person. \r Thanks\r Laura J. Pros: Great Service
