Great guys, and great service. I do not trust anyone with my vehicles. They have been in business for 20 years, I met them 15 years ago, I was referred by the Lexus dealer. Sorry it took this long to write a review. Lou has worked on my boat, many cars and installed gps in 2 of my Rvs through out the years. Everything xcept my bike, :( more

Thanks, guys. I went in last week, before I headed for my 1st year of college. I got an alarm, and a new radio with Bluetooth, that was my dad's idea, but I love it now. I did not know anything about car electric and was a bit intimidated before going in, but felt very comfortable, the lady was great, she put a price together, gave me choices, and actually said to sleep on it. I told her I was leaving the next day to college and that I needed install asap, they went out of their way to take care of me, and on top of that gave me a student discount of 5%. \r My 74 years old mother lives alone in Naples, She called me the other day in a panic because she could not unlock her car. The alarm kept going off, and the remote did not respond. I searched the web and found Audio Concepts. I called and explained my situation, and that I was calling from CT. The lady on the phone said that they usually do not do house calls, but asked me to hold while she checked with the Manager. ""Lewis or Louis"" was very nice, and told me that he will take care of it. Mr. L. Helped mom with her car, and even called me back later to give me an update. I felt very comfortable and relieved. His prices were very fair, I asked him to add $20 for gratuities to my bill and he refused. Its unfourtunate when people (like the previous review) try to con there way into getting somthing for free. I've been coming to this shop since I was in high school and never had anything but positive experiences! this is a famliy run shop that cares about its customers and takes pride in its work, which is hard to find in this day and age. I would recomend this shop to anyone who wants it done right the first time! Pros: attention to detail, fair prices, quality products Cons: sometimes its tough to get an appointment right away more

I have to say that it was a poor experience. We had an inexpensive locking system installed on a new/used car - when I got the car back we had 3 dents on 1 side, and the locking system wasn't installed correctly. When I tried to discuss it with the owner I just received a response about how it was a used car, and all used cars get dents. The locking system problem was explained away that we weren't closing the doors first, and that interfered with the operations. Also not correct - poor service, poor company. I paid them to dent and abuse the car. Pros: good location, clean workroom. Cons: Poor customer service and quality control. more
