Review content:
I have personally seen many positive changes happen around here in the last couple of weeks. There is a new management company and they are evicting anyone that is a druggie or not paying rent. Already things are better without these trashy people around. I have seen lots of construction going on in the apartments and lots of new people have moved in in the past two weeks. I admit that there were lots of problems before, but I think this new company is making it better and they know what they are doing. I'm willing to give them a chance.
