Positive Changes At Etowah Village 4/26/2011

I have personally seen many positive changes happen around here in the last couple of weeks. There is a new management company and they are evicting anyone that is a druggie or not paying rent. Already things are better without these trashy people around. I have seen lots of construction going on in the apartments and lots of new people have moved in in the past two weeks. I admit that there were lots of problems before, but I think this new company is making it better and they know what they are doing. I'm willing to give them a chance. more

Misrepresented 4/30/2007

The people in the office told us that this was a quiet place to live and a good place for our children. THIS IS NOT RUE!!! In the week that I have lived here so far I have seen four police officers on two diffrent occasions. I have seen and heard people threatening each other with violence and curseing in front of young children including mine. We were also told that this was a pet free enviroment, and we have seen many people with dogs, two of which were brand new puppies. I DO NOT recomend this place to live in, unless you don't mind loud music in the parking lot until the earlyu hours of the morning and violence. Pros: apartments are clean on the inside Cons: Everything else that could be bad is bad. more
