I have rented from Spring Hill Rentals for over 3 years and I ask myself.... why? The customer service is far from efficient. My house that I am currently renting was just placed on the market to sell and I have contacted my ""representative"" numerous times for help to find a new place and she did not even have the courtesy to return my phone call or email. Although, when they needed to let in the realtor to put a box on our door they called me multiple times in one day. I am disgusted by the service I have received and would NEVER recommend them to anyone…..not even an enemy. Please think twice before working with them!
