I wouldn't recommend listing your home through them for rent. We didn't find out until after we listed our rental that they allow prospects to ""check out"" the keys and visit the home without an agent with them. more

Spring Hill Rentals Inc 5/4/2012

I have called on a particular house for 2 days, and got the same story each time.I scheduled a time to look at the house, and come to find out they were talking about the wrong house the whole time, Bing and Kane sound nothing alike!!! The house I was wanting was rented already apparently, but still on the website and everywhere else!! Not only was it a waste of my time but they wasted the other home owners time by having us at 2 different houses, REDICULOUS! All she could say was uh oh, sorry.. REALLY??? Spring Hill Rentals is SO dis organzied, it's very bad business on their part! I would'nt suggest dealing with them nor putting my house for rent or for sale through them!!! more

Spring Hill Rentals 5/4/2011

I have rented from Spring Hill Rentals for over 3 years and I ask myself.... why? The customer service is far from efficient. My house that I am currently renting was just placed on the market to sell and I have contacted my ""representative"" numerous times for help to find a new place and she did not even have the courtesy to return my phone call or email. Although, when they needed to let in the realtor to put a box on our door they called me multiple times in one day. I am disgusted by the service I have received and would NEVER recommend them to anyone…..not even an enemy. Please think twice before working with them! more
