I thought that I was going to dread the process of selling my home. My home sale was potentially complicated but with Betancourt and Associates everything has progressed very quickly and smoothly. I have worked with John and Tim and they have proven to be very knowledgeable about the real estate market, they priced my home just right and we received the first offer within one week, by the second week we had 4 offers and now at the end of three weeks are in contract. What I have valued the most is their integrity. They are very professional and respectful of the buyer and sellers time. They take the time to find out each person's priorities, and work to find the right match. I recommend them without reservation, and have informed all my neighbors about them. I would never deal with any other real estate company.
