My boyfriend contacted Lizie about a listing he found online. Although he decided it didn't suit after viewing the property, he had a long discussion with Lizie about what we were looking for in an apartment. A couple days later, she called him back with a place she thought we'd really like. I was skeptical, having had previous negative experiences with brokers suggesting properties that did not fit my qualifications, we met up with her on a Monday evening to see the place. It was perfect; we both loved it. Lizie really did understand exactly what we wanted. Over the next few days she was great about getting our paperwork to the owner promptly and speeding the lease signing process along without being at all pushy. We found a wonderful apartment in Brooklyn after only a two day search. I didn't think that was even possible!
